Availability

Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will email to inform you and your card will only be debited the amount of the available items.

Colours

We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photography. However, as we have no control over our customers' monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website. Furthermore, some of the items we sell have a 'vintage' or 'distressed' finish which commonly have some variety in production.

If your country is not listed at the checkout, or you have any other enquiries, please email info@iona.co.uk and we can advise you how to proceed. Delivery should take 1-2 weeks.

Please note IONA will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you - eg arranging for a product to be sent to you.

We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.

If you have signed up for our e-mail newsletter, you will only receive information from iona.co.uk

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receipt and examination. If you require a different product you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or wrong item from us.

We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

Shipping is FREE on orders over £30, and ££1.95 for all others. We use Parcel Force's 48hr service, but please allow 3-5 days to allow for processing of your order. Orders placed after 9.30am on a Friday will not be dispatched until midday on the following Monday. If you wish to track your order online, please email a request to tracking@iona.co.uk, including your order number, and we will send you a tracking reference number which can be used at the parcel force website.

If you're not in when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
